Serendipity Frrrozen Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of milk
3 cups of ice
Dry ingredients
1/3 cup of evaporated instant dry milk
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
4 tablespoons of a variety of the finest cocoas of your choice
METHOD:
1. Mix dry ingredients together
2. In a blender (in this order) add milk, dry mix and ice
3. Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth daiquiri-like texture
4. Pour into a large glass, top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate
** HINT:
mixing different flavors of chocolate make it so good and so different each time!

Not long after Corey Rossi organized what is alleged to be an illegal bear hunt for a trio of Outside hunters in 2008, he teamed with two members of the state Board of Game in an effort to scam themselves an illegal trophy hunt for musk ox in a subsistence-hunting area on the Seward Peninsula north of Nome, according to present and former members of the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.

The Seward Highway south of Anchorage is closed until further notice, due to white-out conditions, reports of 100 mph wind gusts, avalanche and deadly driving conditions, according to the Alaska Department of Transportation.
