    Hi everyone
We hope that you all arrived home safely. A big thank you as we got some really nice photos. We are delighted with them.

We wanted to thank you all for making the trip so enjoyable for us as a family. After having done much research on the Internet we chose Hallo Bay as it was the best value with four days on the tundra to give maximum opportunity to see the polar bears. However we were very apprehensive wondering how Matthew would be received as we thought people might think he was a nuisance and in the way.

We were overwhelmed by everyone's acceptance of Matthew and kindness towards him. Our time on the tundra buggy was just so much more than we ever thought possible. The informality of it all and the thoughtfulness of everyone was great, particularly too in allowing Matthew to have the front seat after lunch to watch his DVD's.

Although Matthew didn't appreciate the polar bears and the wonderful opportunity of seeing and photographing them as we all did, he loved being on the tundra buggy and especially enjoyed Simyra's cooking! The day we were leaving he was all prepared for another day on the buggy. He still talks about the 'buggy bus' and enjoys seeing the shots of the buggy on the video.

We have a lovely photo which Simyra took of us on the back of the buggy (and our favourite bear pic). It proves difficult to get a really good photo of Matthew but this is such a good one (thanks Simyra!).

Best wishes to you all and keep in touch.

    With our best "G'day" from

    Josie, John & Matthew.
