Can You Identify?

Activity, three of these young appearing hawks were playing with the Stellar Jays for over an hour today. We have often observed this behaviour and are quite sure it is play of sorts as sometimes the Jays go after the hawks and sometimes the hawk after the Jay, often with both ending up on the lawn together.

Climb the mountains and get their good tidings.
Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
The winds will blow their own freshness into you,
and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop off like autumn leaves.
