“A total eclipse of the moon will begin on December 20 or December 21- Depending upon your location. In the eastern US the eclipse will begin shortly after midnight on the 21st. On the west coast it will begin shortly after 9:00 PM on the 20th. The moon will appear red-orange in color during totality. The entire eclipse will be visible from North America and the eastern Pacific Ocean.”
