It was an honor for the guides and staff of Hallo Bay Bear Camp to be a part of the Epic Discovery television series, "LIFE"(click to preview) which will air on Sunday March 21st. "LIFE" is an extraordinary 11 episode series that was 5 years in the making. The brown bears living near Hallo Bay Bear Camp on the Pacific Coast of Katmai National Park are stars in a part of this epic film. These magnificent Brown Bears are unique in the world having developed the ability to catch salmon in the surf of the Pacific Ocean where Discovery crews filmed these special bears on location.
