Went around the island this morning. The tidal pools have been reordered since the storm surge. A bear turned stones for over an hour - persistently hungry. And another bear laid on rock as tide came in around her. (yes, bears swim!) Most of the locals are checking out Clint's Creek once a day for in coming, ever elusive salmon. Soon, coming very soon!
