This morning, we saw a couple of bears at the mouth of the river. Then we came upon a clamming bear at bootleg flat. Followed some tracks of a chocolate bear (as it turned out), through cut-off trail in afternoon. He had the meadow to himself. Brought guest back through arboreal playground towards dinner time. Windy and rainy in evening.
