Camp Update: 06.05.10 Brad and Joyce

gray paw Update from Camp:

Brad and Joyce have been very busy - yes, even on drizzly days. Yesterday was pretty busy, as a load of supplies was delivered to Camp. This included a new "abode" for Simyra, which Brad set about unpacking & beginning the set up. (see pic below) Joyce was thrilled with all the new supplies for the galley. (we all agree...the ribs are particularly great!) However, Joyce discovered a new Camp Supervisor watching her doing some outside work - a bear quietly sitting a distance away interested in what was going on about Camp, then it wandered off. In the evening, after a long day of work, Joyce said it was nice to take a walk out to the Point and look down the beach in both directions...only to be pleasantly surprised by a rainbow out by the bootleg. She said that this Hallo Bay rainbow must surely have a pot of gold. In our hearts we know that pot of gold is called Hallo Bay Bear Camp!
