John's Friday Bear Hike
Friday morning we viewed some 4-5 yr. olds clamming on the Swikskak tidal flats. At noon we took a walk around by the rock in front of the camp and on to Clint's creek. We moved on to the Blueberry patch taking a trail through the bushes and came back to camp via the crowberry patch. Our evening hike found us back at the meadow where we saw 3 bears eating sedge grass and playing around. It was a good day for bear viewing.
