ReplyDeleteThe white cubs were quite unique and quite a rarity. We have only seen it once in our time on the Katmai coast. The two cubs stayed white until they were three years old and then their coats turned a light brown colour. It must have been some sort of genetic trait passed on to them. --Thank you for asking
